Is it busy in the evenings?
Like most gyms, evenings on weekdays are the busiest time. Mornings and early afternoons are quieter if you want more space on the floor.
Where is the equipment for chest and legs?
Equipment for the same muscle groups is spread across our four floors, so a full session may mean moving between them. We're working on how it's laid out.
Is there a sauna?
Yes, there's a sauna on site to use after your session.
